Writer/Director Christopher McQuarrie’s Mission:
Impossible – Rogue Nation is non-stop action with a smart story behind
it.
This time, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team are
being disbanded and Ethan, in particular is disavowed and hunted by the CIA.
Beyond the breathtaking stunts, Cruise’s crackerjack
performance, exotic locations and the humor added by Simon Pegg is the injection
of Rebecca Ferguson as an M.I.6 agent whose loyalties are constantly in
question.
Ferguson shows outstanding star quality as she goes from
kicking ass to serene stillness.
If you’re looking for fun, thrills and laughs all wrapped
in a quality package, Mission:
Impossible – Rogue Nation is a sure bet.
